Default Next Consultancy's trading has been erratic

Next Consultancy's trading has been erratic and a loss to date of all funds invested. They claim a policy of recovery of funds over $250,000.00 we shall see. Margin call may be an issue, so beware. I am not sure any of these funds are friendly and it is just a matter of time. Start small and let them build or lose. Invest only what you can afford to lose, that is the thinking. They moved to Dubai 11/28/2008 without notice to us their clients or MIG the broker. There is no use of risk management stops, counter buy/sell orders. They do respond after many tries to you in complaint mode seem to want to resolve issue. I will keep you posted. MIG nor Next are registered with CFTC anywhere.

In talking to Next Consulting Rizwan Awan (owner) will replace the money I lost $256,000.00 via payments and trading. He made me $131,000.00 in 3 weeks so he was very apologetic and was up to the challenge.

For the record, as of this date no money has been recouped or trading begun for my account in 2009 with Next Consulting. All trades made in December 2008 ended up as losses in my account.

I will not give it stars as I have not tried their service. I tried ringing these people but they dont answer phone calls nor emails. I think its just run by one man. The firm is not even regulated in England.

I wasted 1 months trying to contact this company thinking that they must be very good. I am happy I did not waste any more time and moved on. I did however find another good company where I flew over to meet them during my search for a company to invest in.

I hope your money will be recovered J Adams.
